Our goal is to work ourselves out of a job — empowering your team to lead this work long after we’re gone.
“My math coach supported my ability to think flexibly and creatively about systems for math instruction and to lead with purpose. They helped our school develop a strategic plan and school-wide systems that have transformed our math instruction and mindsets about math for adults AND kids.”
"My coach helped me take my ideas of coaching that I didn't even quite know how to word yet into actionable steps that helped me accomplish my goals. She did this by deeply listening and guiding me through various practices and resources."
"This is probably the best professional development I've ever received. I appreciate the options in levels of coaching - co-teach, lead, meet and review, etc. It can be stressful to allow a new person into your classroom to watch you teach, but over time it becomes easier. I credit my coach for this because he makes the lesson and review feel like a partnership."
Measure What Matters
We care most about how students think—not just what they get right. Our goal is for every student to build conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, problem-solving skill, and mathematical agency. That’s why our coaching and progress monitoring center on student thinking—analyzing classroom discourse and culture, student work, and instructional practice to drive meaningful change.

As a result, students grow as mathematical thinkers, teachers deepen their content knowledge and pedagogy, and schools cultivate inclusive, engaging math cultures that drive measurable growth on both formative benchmarks and state assessments.
